Fits joint species distribution models ('jSDM') in a hierarchical Bayesian framework (Warton and al. 2015 ). The Gibbs sampler is written in 'C++'. It uses 'Rcpp', 'Armadillo' and 'GSL' to maximize computation efficiency.
